Pricing and quotations
All pricing is provided by written quotation and is valid for the period stated on that quotation. Prices are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, tariffs, freight, and availability. No pricing is published on this website. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell.
Orders
Orders are accepted upon written confirmation from FIOT USA LLC. Lead times quoted are estimates based on manufacturer availability at the time of quotation and are not guaranteed.
Payment terms
Payment terms are established per account. Accounts without established terms are prepay.
Returns
Return authorization must be obtained in writing prior to any return. Restocking fees may apply. Special-order and non-stock items may not be returnable.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. FIOT USA LLC facilitates warranty claims but does not extend warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer's stated terms.
Limitation of liability
FIOT USA LLC is a distributor of equipment. We do not perform installation, monitoring, or system design services, and we are not liable for the performance, configuration, or outcomes of any system in which our products are installed.
